Our take on a traditional Italian "Vodka Sauce" - remove vodka, add gin!

Although this sauce is delicious as is on a lush bed of pasta, if you would like to get creative - this sauce pairs particularly well with chicken, fish and/or vegetables. If your're not feeling pasta, this works just as well mixed in with some rice
