Bolognese

Rich tomato & red wine sauce with chunky veg and a touch of spice (but not spicy!) This sauce is super versatile, we like to add it to meatballs, as a ragu base, in a lasagne, just by itself in a bowl of pasta or ricce for a quick lunch.
